Youth Classes: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 3:30pm – 5pm
Adult Classes: Saturdays, 1pm – 2:30pm
Learn skills and strategies with instructors and coaches with a passion for the game.
Classes are for all ages and levels in a semi-private setting.

YogaBuddies Youth Yoga
Sundays, 9am – 10am
YogaBuddies, for ages 5-11, teaches strength poses and peaceful breathing techniques. Sunday classes coincide with Adult Yoga, allowing both parent and child to enjoy an early morning yoga experience. Preregister for a session or drop-in for $15 a class.
